Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst to support ongoing operations and system deployments for warehouse facilities. The role includes creating training materials, delivering end-user training, and enabling smooth adoption of new warehouse management solutions.

Travel to support facilities in Canada, Indiana, and Illinois is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/technology or business is preferred, with 1+ year in operations/engineering

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operations and/or Engineering environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively train and support end users during system and process transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support for warehouse facilities utilizing warehouse management solutions.
  • Assist in deployment and rollout of newly developed system capabilities and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain training materials for warehouse personnel and floor operators.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide hands-on support during system implementations.
  • Prepare facilities for PITM deployments.
  • Train staff on new warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

Job description

Job Title: Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing production support for warehouse facilities utilizing modern warehouse management solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment and rollout of newly developed system capabilities and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain training materials for warehouse office personnel and floor operators.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide hands-on support during system implementations.
  • Prepare distribution centers and warehouse facilities for Parts IT Modernization (PITM) deployments.
  • Train warehouse operators and staff on the effective use of new warehouse management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live activities.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Travel as required to support facilities across Canada, Indiana, and Illinois.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operations and/or Engineering environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively train and support end users during system and process transitions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related operational environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering, operations support, or implementation-focused role.
  • Experience developing and delivering training on processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting operations teams in the use of technical tools, enterprise applications, or IT systems.
  • Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain operations, or logistics processes is highly desirable.
Education

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following disciplines is preferred:

  • Engineering or Technology
  • Business Administration or Management
