Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Smart Completions Coordinator for the Thacker Pass project in Nevada. You will implement and administer Smart Completions and CSU tools, ensuring accurate turnover data and reliable system turnover for field and office teams.

The role emphasizes data management, user support, and process execution over software development, with collaboration across Construction, CSU, Engineering, and Project Controls to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 5–8 years of experience, or 9–12 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting field construction, commissioning, turnover, or quality activities.
• Experience with project data, reporting tools, databases, or business applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both field and office personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and administer Smart Completions and CSU apps.
• Collect, validate, and maintain completion and turnover data.
• Assist with systemization, turnover tracking, and progress reporting.
• Provide day-to-day user support and guidance for project teams.
• Deliver user training and onboarding for field and office staff.
• Ensure data quality and address discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for project execution.
• Support interfaces between Smart Completions and other systems.
• Document business processes and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and broader digital use.
• Support testing and validation of app updates and new features.
