Job summary

You will support the craft workforce on site, coordinating inputs and maintaining accurate records.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus strong Excel and communication skills. Travel to other project offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related required or 4–5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 1–2 years of timekeeping/payroll experience preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Labor Relations to ensure prompt input of payroll information for Craft Professionals.
• Enter new hires, terminations, rate and classification changes into systems.
• Onboard project hires and manage badging for site personnel.
• Verify daily craft attendance using the eTrack system.
• Balance and export daily time records for craft employees.
