Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for the Thacker Pass project in Nevada. The role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements to boost construction efficiency and project performance, supported by data-driven reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements, develop dashboards and KPIs, and use SQL and Power BI to monitor trends and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Construction, or related field.
• Experience in Six Sigma process improvement and data analytics.
• Proficient with SQL, Power BI and dashboard development.
• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor knowledge preferred; certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Develops process improvements for construction efficiency and performance.
• Leads small teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uses causal analysis tools to evaluate issues and support resolutions.
• Delivers senior-level reporting and data analytics using SQL/Power BI.
• Creates dashboards and KPIs translating data into actionable insights.
