Job summary

Siemens invites you to join their Smart Building Internship Program in the Houston area. You will learn hands‑on HVAC building automation installation, commissioning, and service from experienced technicians, with opportunities to collaborate across engineering and project teams.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a 2-year technical program in HVAC/building automation or related fields, available for a 10-week, 40-hour week schedule May–August 2027, and ready to work on-site with no visa

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Pursuing or recently completed a 2-year program in HVAC, Building Automation, or related field.

Responsibilities

Spend most time on job sites with skilled technicians learning installation, programming, and service of HVAC building automation systems.
Shadow sales to understand customer engagement and solution design.
Rotate through service and project delivery teams to support installation, maintenance and upgrades.
Visit customer sites with technicians to diagnose issues and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
