Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an engineer to design, configure, and operate complete building control systems including fire and low voltage subsystems. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of designs while coordinating with field teams and customers.

The role involves developing software programs, providing submittals, and supporting commissioning and site training. Travel is required, and the position offers a competitive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with building automation and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of control theory and building subsystems.
• Proficient with JCI software programming.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures complex building control systems per contract documents.
• Develops software programs for system operation and testing.
• Coordinates drawings, equipment schedules, and submittals.
• Travel to job sites as required.
