Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. seeks an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee DDC/BMS construction projects in the DFW area. You will coordinate people, materials, schedules, and finances to deliver systems on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, with oversight from kickoff through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects.
• Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with project billing and cost tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects.
• Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
