Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the execution of DDC/BMS construction projects in the DFW area.

This role requires strong ownership from kickoff through closeout, coordinating people, materials, schedules, and finances to meet customer expectations. You will manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders, coordinate installation across MEPT trades, procure materials and subcontractors, and oversee field execution toward

• Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects.
• Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with project billing and cost tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who understands controls, can manage complex job logistics, and is comfortable owning projects from kickoff through closeout.
