Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the execution of DDC/BMS construction projects in the DFW area.

This role requires strong ownership from kickoff through closeout, coordinating people, materials, schedules, and finances to meet customer expectations. You will manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders, coordinate installation across MEPT trades, procure materials and subcontractors, and oversee field execution toward

Qualifications

Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects.
Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience with project billing and cost tracking.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects
Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
