Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee DDC/BMS construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and field execution, acting as the main liaison with customers and internal teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, with office-based duties and minimal travel (<10%). Competitive compensation and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects.
• Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with project billing and cost tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects.
• Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
