Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year technical program in HVAC/Building Automation or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August).
• Willing to work onsite at Cromwell, CT with no relocation housing stipend.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks in dynamic environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, etc.).
• Able to use hand tools, laptops, tablets, and other tech to review programs and troubleshoot systems.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on job sites with Siemens technicians learning installation, programming, and servicing HVAC/building automation.
• Support a project and service operations workflow from installation to long-term maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve discrepancies in drawings or field challenges.
• Interface with customers to document activities, explain system operations, and train for smooth hand-off.
