Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of small group insurance clients (2–50 employees). You will be the main contact for questions, renewals, and benefits administration, ensuring policies run smoothly and clients stay satisfied.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, gathering census data for renewals, presenting options and cost analyses, coordinating enrollment, and maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or account management.
• Active Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (D365, Epic, BenefitPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for small group clients (2–50 employees).
• Handle questions on plan designs, claims, and billing; support renewals.
• Prepare renewal options, cost analyses, and benefit summaries for sales.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and ERISA; maintain carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with sales team and clients to onboard new accounts.
