Job summary

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication, Excel skills, and HRIS experience. This role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years benefits administration experience; large employer/agency preferred.
• Active Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of non-PEO and PEO client benefit plans.
• Communicate plan design, provisions and regulatory requirements to clients and employees.
• Support open enrollment for PEO clients and assist with enrollment meetings.
