Job summary

Target in San Marcos, TX is looking for a Full-Time Small Format Team Leader to drive guest experience and store operations in our smallest format stores. You will lead a team of hourly associates, ensure stock availability and accurate pricing, and support merchandising and promotions with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include daily workload planning, coaching, safety, and creating an inclusive, results-driven environment that delivers strong sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly store experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching, development and accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support store priorities and sales goals.
• Ensure accurate stock levels, pricing and merchandising across the department(s).
• Support training and onboarding to close skill gaps and promote inclusion and safety.
