Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Small Format Team Leader in San Diego. You will oversee guest service delivery, stock integrity, pricing accuracy, and merchandise presentation in our Small Formats stores.

The role involves leading hourly team members, coaching performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. A high school diploma is required, retail experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain Target's service standards.
• Manage workload and delegate daily tasks to team members based on priorities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members; ensure coaching and feedback.
• Oversee stock, pricing accuracy, and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Support backroom and sales floor operations including pick, pack and ship fulfillment where applicable.
• Maintain store safety, compliance, and ethical conduct; participate in store leader on duty shifts.
