Target is seeking a Small Format Team Leader in Tallahassee, FL to guide a fast-paced team in our smallest format stores. You will supervise hourly team members, ensure guest-focused service, manage daily workloads, and maintain stock and pricing accuracy across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members and delegate daily tasks.
