Job summary

Target Corp. is seeking a Small Format Team Leader in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on leading a team in our Small Formats stores to deliver excellent guest service, manage daily operations, and ensure accurate pricing and stock levels.

You will supervise hourly team members, assist with cash handling, and uphold Target’s standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable to deliver guest service and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues to ensure a positive store experience.
• Plan workload and supervise hourly team members to meet sales goals.
• Assist with cashier operations and stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain store standards for safety, accuracy, and merchandising.

Education
