Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician in San Antonio to service fleet vehicles and field equipment. You’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose small engines, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with fleet maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license. Some roles offer relocation to Dallas–Fort Worth as operations expand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with vehicle maintenance or light mechanical repair.
• Experience repairing small gas/diesel engines (pressure washers, generators, or similar).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across equipment types.
• Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines used in field operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to catch issues early.
• Coordinate with field technicians to schedule repairs with minimal downtime.
• Maintain repair logs, schedules, and parts/inventory records.
• Order parts and manage vendor relationships for out-of-house repairs.
• Support DOT compliance and safety standards for the fleet.
• Flag equipment nearing end-of-life or needing replacement.

About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to keep our fleet vehicles and field equipment running reliably across our service operations. This role covers a mix of vehicle maintenance and small engine/equipment repair - pressure washers, generators, work vehicles, and other equipment our field technicians depend on daily.
