About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to help keep our fleet vehicles and field equipment running reliably. This role covers day-to-day upkeep and repair on work vehicles and small equipment — pressure washers, generators, and similar gear our field technicians rely on daily. It's a great fit for someone mechanically handy, comfortable with variety, and looking for steady, dependable work with a growing company.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles
• Repair and maintain small gas/diesel engines (pressure washers, generators, and similar equipment)
• Conduct basic inspections to catch issues early and prevent downtime
• Coordinate with field technicians to schedule repairs with minimal disruption
• Keep simple repair logs and maintenance records
• Help track parts and supplies, and flag when outside repair shops are needed
• Support day-to-day safety checks on fleet vehicles

What We Are Looking For

• Some experience with vehicle maintenance or light mechanical repair
• Familiarity with small gas/diesel engines (pressure washers, generators, or similar)
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic mechanical issues
• Able to work independently on daily tasks
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; own basic tools a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded

Nice to Have

• ASE certification(s) or small engine certifications
• Experience with a commercial or service-fleet vehicle lineup
• Experience in field services, facilities, or commercial cleaning environments
