HOODZ LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to keep our fleet vehicles and field equipment running reliably. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on work vehicles, and service small engines like pressure washers and generators.

The role offers independent work, practical troubleshooting, and logging maintenance records. A valid driver's license and comfort with hand and power tools are required; ASE or small engine certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Some experience with vehicle maintenance or light mechanical repair.
• Familiarity with small gas/diesel engines (pressure washers, generators, or similar).
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic mechanical issues.
• Able to work independently on daily tasks.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; own basic tools a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to help keep our fleet vehicles and field equipment running reliably. This role covers day-to-day upkeep and repair on work vehicles and small equipment — pressure washers, generators, and similar gear our field technicians rely on daily. It's a great fit for someone mechanically handy, comfortable with variety, and looking for steady, dependable work with a growing company.

What You Will Do
