Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to provide outstanding service across the sales lifecycle for Small Business accounts in the US. You will ensure responsive, accurate support and partner with internal teams to drive positive customer experiences.

The role requires 2–3+ years in customer service or sales support, proficiency with ERP and MS Office, and excellent communication. On-site position in North Richland Hills, TX with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support (industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with providing quotes, customer support, or account management.
• Technical product background or distribution/supply chain experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary sales support contact for Small Business accounts.
• Provide timely quotes, product information, and order assistance via phone, email, or webchat.
• Monitor quotes, orders, lead times, and backorders for assigned territory.
• Update contacts, preferences, ship-to locations and pricing in ERP/CRM systems.
• Provide escalated support for recurring issues and track customer issues to minimize disruption.
