Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products with understanding of industry practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and determine when to escalate or handle independently.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and own problems for clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide business deposits and cash management, and manage credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify and promote solutions that serve clients and portfolio profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
