Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners, delivering tailored financial solutions through branches, digital channels, and phone support. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Small Business Banking and collaborates with credit, loan administration, and retail teams to meet member needs.

The ideal candidate will leverage UFCU’s expertise in deposits, cash management, and lending products while ensuring risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or 4–6 years of equivalent work experience in business banking.
• Three years’ financial services industry experience.
• Two years’ retail experience.
• Two years’ experience working with or supporting small businesses.
• Experience opening business deposit accounts and understanding business entity documentation.
• Experience and knowledge around business lending and cash management products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with business members; identify primary banking needs.
• Collaborate with credit and loan administration to assess risk.
• Provide sales and service support to Retail and partners.
• Coach branch teams and champions to drive referrals.
• Develop training and resources for business banking products.
• Represent UFCU at local events and build partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
