In-office role with a 40-hour week, focusing on proactive prospecting, relationship deepening, and collaboration with partners across the bank. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales within financial services or B2B markets.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and drive actionable levers.
• Strong outside sales drive with prospecting focus.
• Experience growing client portfolios and meeting sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Build end-to-end client journeys and drive sales opportunities while managing risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience across sales portfolios by field presence.
• Foster partnerships with Merchant, Treasury, and Business Banking teams to grow small business opportunities.
• Advise clients on credit solutions and digital capabilities to meet goals.
• Support sales delivery and growth in the Small Business segment.
• Coach and guide associates to uphold client- and employee-centric culture.
