Job summary

Truist in Greensboro, NC is seeking a regular, first-shift Client Care Specialist to handle routine inquiries from new and existing clients via incoming calls. You will leverage Truist tools to resolve issues and advocate for the client while documenting outcomes.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to banking regulations; must communicate clearly, multi-task across platforms, and contribute to ongoing learning and BRG activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and training.
• One year of client servicing experience (call center, retail, etc.).
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving and multi-platform efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meets regulatory requirements for Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care through exceptional client service and create a differentiating client experience.
• Investigate and resolve client requests across care centers and lines of business.
• Educate clients on bank products and services using a consultative approach.
• Identify and raise bank errors and regulatory concerns.
• Inform clients about self-service options via Truist technologies.
• Follow policies and regulations to protect clients and Truist.
• Participate in required and voluntary educational opportunities and BRG activities.
