Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Servicing Specialist in the United States to independently resolve complex inquiries for Small Business clients across multiple products and services. This role handles inbound calls and ensures end-to-end resolution while acting as a client advocate.

The incumbent uses Truist tools to educate clients on bank products, tracks unresolved issues for timely follow-up, and maintains compliance with policies and regulations throughout the customer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of client servicing work experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, MS Office), technical/problem-solving skills across platforms.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communications, including grammar and spelling.
• Meets regulatory requirements including Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care through exceptional client service and create a differentiating client experience while supporting internal and external clients by acting on Truist values.
• Investigate and provide resolution to clients’ requests across Care Center, branches and other lines of business.
• Use a consultative approach to resolve client issues by educating clients on bank products and services.
• Identify bank errors and regulatory concerns that pose risk to the bank.
