• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and escalation when needed.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to Chase business clients based on financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify optimal solutions for profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies with management oversight.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to grow primary relationships across branches.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
