Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales or prospecting.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and sales processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing relationships and develop new opportunities through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with strong human connections to offer solutions for business customers.
• Engage in outside prospecting to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions and service business customers.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bank groups as needed.
