Job summary

U.S. Bank in California Beaumont is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to deliver financial solutions to small businesses, combining digital tools with personal service to grow revenue. The role requires outside prospecting, account openings, and collaboration with branch partners to meet targets.

You will work from a U.S. Bank location five days a week with at least two hours of driving per week, and you should have a bachelor's degree and several years of customer service or sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and can convey business recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing relationships and develop new business through prospecting.
• Collaborate with branch partners and centers of influence to refer clients and identify product opportunities.
• Open accounts and service existing ones; refer clients to Business Banking and other areas as needed.
• Travel a few hours per week; work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week.
