Qualifications

• Typically three or more years of customer service and/or prospecting experience.
• Ability to develop new relationships and business opportunities.
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies, and client service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect and deepen customer relationships through business development activities and routine calls.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions, and service existing customers.
• Collaborate with branch partners and other business line teams to refer clients.
