Job summary

You will partner with clients, Sales Client Manager, CSA, and AB teams to onboard, modify, and close accounts while handling complex cash flows and in-kind transfers.

The role requires a risk-minded, proactive communicator who thrives in ambiguity and can drive end-to-end processes with accuracy and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance or related industry.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional conference calls.
• Experience engaging with sales professionals to service clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for client account openings, transitions, and closings.
• Coordinate complex client cash flows and new fund launches.
• Lead client transitions across multiple phases with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, CSAs, and clients to set requirements.
• Support risk mitigation and resolve client issues.
• Improve account lifecycle processes and maintain documentation.
• Share best practices across implementation teams.
