Job summary

NorthCoast Asset Management in Stamford, CT is seeking a SMA & ETF Trading Associate - Option Strategies to join our team in a trade execution role. You will build, execute, and allocate trades across 7,000+ client accounts and maintain data for performance reporting and TCA analysis.

The position requires daily presence in the Stamford office and offers a base salary in the $115,000–$130,000 range plus a comprehensive benefits package. Automation skills in Visual Basic and Python are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to handwrite 200+ lines of Python code.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ETF and SMA strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute and allocate trades across 7,000+ client accounts.
• Research and resolve trade and position breaks with executing brokers.
• Review client-specific restrictions and maintain trade data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain automation using Visual Basic and Python.
