SCS Financial is seeking a Trading Associate in Boston to execute trades and support daily trading workflows. You will work with the Trading team to manage client accounts, monitor tasks, and assist with cash management and rebalancing activities.

The role requires 1–3 years in financial services or trading support, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with trading platforms. A base salary of $60,000–$80,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in finance or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in financial services or trading support.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with building, executing, and allocating trades across client accounts and custodial platforms.
• Monitor daily trading workflows, queues, and task lists for timely and accurate trading activity.
• Research and help resolve trade, position, and cash breaks with Trading, Operations, Advisors, custodians, and brokers.
• Maintain client accounts within rebalancing software, including setup and target updates.
• Support portfolio maintenance: rebalancing, cash reviews, tax-loss harvesting, portfolio reviews.
• Support cash management workflows: cash balances, contributions, distributions, pending needs, follow-up with advisory/ops teams.
• Use trading and CRM platforms (RedBlack, Salesforce) to support daily trading and portfolio management.
• Adhere to procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Complete ad-hoc assignments with updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, VBA, and/or Power Automate.
