Franklin Templeton’s Canvas/MOST team in Stamford, CT seeks a Sales & Trading Associate with strong leadership to support growth in equity derivatives asset management. You will interact with Co-CIOs, PMs and traders to stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, and help drive internal sales initiatives across the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/accounting is preferred.
• 2–4 years in wealth management client service, trading, settlement, reconciliation, and trade breaks.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 license or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
• Experience with custodians and clearing firms is a plus.
• Knowledge of wealth management operations practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support growth-oriented equity derivatives asset management with senior leadership.
• Facilitate internal sales initiatives and interact with advisors and custodial partners.
• Assist trading and portfolio managers with implementation and settlement of listed option transactions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, compliance, technology and trade support.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate with internal/external partners on sales questions.
• Support operations with tech and custodial partners to improve processes.
