Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Sales & Trading Associate for the FT-MOST team in Stamford, CT. This on-site role collaborates with Co-CIOs, Client Portfolio Managers, Traders and distribution personnel to support growth in equity derivatives asset management.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in wealth management, strong Excel/Bloomberg skills, and FINRA licensing or willingness to obtain. On-site work five days weekly with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; finance/economics/accounting preferred.
• 2-4 years wealth management client service, trading, settlement, and reconciliation.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 license or willing to obtain within 120 days.
• Experience with custodians and clearing firms.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and order management systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth-oriented equity derivatives asset management with senior leadership.
• Support internal sales initiatives with advisors and custodial partners.
• Assist trading/portfolio managers in implementation and settlement of listed options.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Compliance, technology, and Trade Support.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate sales and implementation questions.
• Work with internal and external technology and custodial partners to improve operations.
• Maintain books and records in compliance with evolving regulations.
