Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Falcon, CO. You’ll support K–12 students with speech and language services under supervision of a licensed SLP, helping students strengthen communication skills in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification or willingness to obtain.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support K–12 students with articulation, language, and social communication goals.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
