Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to support middle school students in Aurora, CO. You’ll provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP in a collaborative school setting.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles for the 2026-2027 school year, with competitive pay up to $45/hour, W-2 employment, healthcare benefits, and mentorship from seasoned SLPs.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of an SLPS.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.
