Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role in Leesburg, VA. You will join a team led by experienced therapists and enjoy flexibility to fit your life, while maintaining mentorship and partnership.

Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid state SLP license, and CCC-SLP. Prior experience is preferred; you will evaluate, plan, and document patient care in a supportive setting at Heritage Hall Leesburg.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
