Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Glen Allen, VA, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a therapist-led team focused on patient-centered care.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies.

Required: Master's in SLP, state license, CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience; the role offers 401k match, life insurance, LTD/STD, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
