Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders at Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current MO SLP license and CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. This PRN daytime role supports a dedicated leadership team committed to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
