Requirements include a Master’s Degree in SLP, an active state license, and CCC‑SLP certification. Experience is preferred. PRN daytime schedule is offered at Heritage Hall Grundy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
