Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a growing network at our Glen Allen, VA locations. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with tailored therapy plans.

The SLP will educate patients and families and document progress for ongoing care. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current Virginia license, and CCC-SLP credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferredEvaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
