Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap in Big Stone Gap, VA. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized plans for each patient.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, adjusting plans based on outcomes, and educating patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
