Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Big Stone Gap, VA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time daytime position. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and document patient progress.

The role is on-site at Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap with standard clinical expectations and team support. Requirements include a Master's in SLP, current state license, CCC-SLP, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
