Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Soldiers Grove, WI is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a skilled care setting.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, current WI license, and CCC-SLP; one year of experience is preferred. You will document progress, create individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
