Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join a therapist-led growth model. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with emphasis on patient and family education.

PRN daytime schedule at Marshfield locations supports flexible coverage and collaboration with a leadership team that prioritizes professional perspectives. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
