Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our network of facilities in Illinois. Our team emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional growth.

The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and document progress. PRN-daytime scheduling is offered at Hillside Rehab & Care in Yorkville, IL.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
