Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team. The role supports patients with speech, language, and swallowing needs, with a daytime PRN schedule at Hamilton Health Services and Northland Lodge Assisted Living.

Applicants must have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
