Continuum Therapy Partners in Carthage, NC (Peak Pinelake) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a network of facilities focused on elevating patient care. Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure; CCC-SLP preferred and CFY considered.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Will Also consider a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
