Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing network. Based in Ashtabula, OH, you will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and work with patients and families to optimize outcomes.

We offer a daytime, full-time schedule at Saybrook Landing Health and Rehab with strong benefits and licensure support. CF candidates with provisional licenses are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required. Provisional CF considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
